Cottage cheese banana cake ๐ŸŒ

Ingredients: For the base: 1st grade wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, sour cream (15% fat), vegetable oil, vanilla sugar, For the filling: bananas, orange juice, orange zest, D-1 eggs, sugar, good quality cottage cheese, sour cream (15% fat), vanilla sugar

Cooking method:

Prepare the base: in a bowl, combine the sifted flour with baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, mix. Add vegetable oil, sour cream, egg, mix, knead the dough, collect in a ball.

Put the finished dough into a baking dish, greased with oil, tamp, form sides (mould diameter 20 cm). Remove to refrigerator.

Prepare the filling: bananas, orange zest, orange juice grind in a blender. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, eggs, mix everything together in a blender until smooth.

Put the finished filling in a baking dish on top of the base and send it to a preheated 180 degrees until cooked for 55-65 minutes (baking time depends on the oven).

Remove from mold when completely cool. Store the pie in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit! ๐Ÿ˜Šโ˜•
