Weight revolves around the figure of 88.5 kg, a plus / minus 200-300 g I expected this turn of events and not upset, in principle, as the intentions to increase kalorazh day as reported earlier. Early in the morning for breakfast I have two boiled eggs and a sandwich on whole grain bread (30g) with chicken pastrami (40g).

Lunch turned on 360 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1290 kcal.
