Quick healthy dessert for breakfast😋 #breakfast
Ingredients: oatmeal (N3), rye flour, coconut sugar, 33-35% cream, water, apple (fresh or frozen slices), cinnamon, soda, salt, cream 33-35 percent, chocolate granules or shavings for decorations
Cooking method:
Line a glass or mug with parchment paper. Cooking oatmeal.
Put oatmeal and rye flour in a bowl.
Add baking soda and salt to a bowl. Cooking coconut sugar.
Add coconut sugar to the bowl. Cooking apples and cinnamon.
Add cinnamon to the bowl. Mix the dry contents of the bowl. Cream is ready.
Add cream to the bowl. We put the water to boil. We get chocolate.
Pour boiling water over the contents of the bowl and stir.
Pour the contents of the bowl into a glass lined with parchment. Put apples on top. We send the glass to the microwave for 4 minutes.
We take out the glass from the microwave and set it to cool - first just on a stand for hot, and then in a saucepan with cold water. Carefully! You can not let the glass burst from the temperature difference!
Remove the cooled cupcake from the glass and remove the parchment. Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle with cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
