Good day and delicious weight loss!

How are your days off? Usually a day off is the best time to cheat yourself - in one meal, eat your favorite treat that you have not allowed yourself for a week.

It helps a lot psychologically. If you control your diet for a long time, limit some foods and even more your favorite snacks, you can quickly get tired mentally and break down. This is basically what happens on strict diets.

But here the cheat comes to help us, those who count calories.

Observing a calorie deficit every day, we understand that on the day off we can pamper ourselves.

Of course, we must remember that everything is fine in moderation and it is not necessary to arrange a holiday for 10,000 kcal at once in honor of the day off - all our weekly work will then be crossed out.

And so I decided that I would have a feast tonight.

I have a trip to the dentist, which will take the first half of the day. But in the evening I can pamper myself.

Before leaving, I had a good breakfast on 410 kcal.

Yesterday I finally baked homemade whole grain bread, which means today for breakfast my favorite sandwiches.

I have sandwiches for 70 g of bread with sausage cheese (35 g) and homemade ham (100 g).

And after breakfast I went to the dentist and for one at the market for berries and vegetables I have to drop by.

A week ago there was a wonderful strawberry and I hoped that now I could buy some berries. So you already want something bright, tasty, summer after a long winter.

And the market made me happy! I bought all kinds of greens, spinach, a little zucchini, 1 avocado, cucumbers (delicious, sweet - just like from the garden) and, of course, strawberries. I also took 5 packs of Iranian dates. I don’t know when else we will get to this market, but mine also tasted dates and now just keep an eye out so that they do not end suddenly, so I typed with a margin.

Just for fun if anyone wants to compare prices. We go to the market in Losinka (Moscow), we are on our way, and I won't say the prices there are direct wholesale, but cheaper than at fairs and ordinary small markets in the districts.

So here is the price for 23.05:

  • cucumbers - 120 rubles,
  • strawberries - 250 rubles,
  • zucchini - 80 rubles.
  • greens for 20 rubles 100g,
  • spinach - 40 rubles 100 g,
  • avocado 40 rubles per 1 piece.
  • packing of Iranian dates 0.500 kg - 100 rubles.

These are our prices today, but how are you? Cheaper or more expensive? By the way, a week ago strawberries cost 350 rubles.

On the way home, the body already began to ask for food. I got used to the regime and after 13 hours, if I haven't eaten, my stomach begins to resent.

And we just had to go to Auchan to buy a microwave bracket (in fact, it’s a problem - everything is closed, delivery is only when ordering from 2-4 thousand rubles - I was looking for a week where you can order only one bracket, but at a normal price I did not find it). As a result, ordinary Auchan saved.

There I bought baby puree on the road (90 g, some of them my husband, of course, "tried", but oh well) - 70 kcal.

We drove up to the house and a message came that you can pick up the fish that I ordered. And I ordered flounder. So I will cook the fish soon! Flounder is very tasty, I used to just bake it in the oven in foil. You need to think of something else, do you have any ideas to make it simple, fast and tasty?

To be honest, I almost forgot my way to our Magnet with these joint purchases😂, but how much money I saved.

Yesterday I made a stew with chicken breast and potatoes.

Returning home, we just dined on a stew (350 g) and 60 g of fresh cucumber to it (it is not in the photo, it looked ugly with a cucumber😂) - 330 kcal.

After lunch, soaped strawberries (450 g) - 185 kcal and went to read your comments. For half a day already missed.

She ate strawberries until the evening on the sly.

And for the evening I had a cheat sweet planned. As I have already said many times, cheat sweet is one meal where you can eat what you want for a long time. For example, someone has a sweet tooth and will be happy to indulge in a piece of cake. I like something salty and smoked more. In general, quite harmful. And for today I have an amber drink, dried squid, some savory sausages and a loaf of fish pate.

I added a few more sausages later, it seemed a little!

And to completely calm your soul - do not count the calories of dinner! They took away their souls - and tomorrow again into battle, already with renewed vigor.
