Cooking method:
Step 1: Combine hot water with milk and stir. Add sugar, dry yeast and salt. Stir until grains dissolve. Pour in vegetable oil and two eggs. Stir the mixture. Sprinkle the sifted flour in small portions and knead a smooth dough. We place it in a pro-oil cup, cover with a film and leave it warm for an hour and a half.
Step 2: We spread the dough on the table, punch it down and divide it into eight equal parts. We form balls.
Step 3: Pour into a round baking dish. Cover with a towel and leave to proof for 20 minutes. Lubricate the approached blanks with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. We send it to a preheated oven. Bake at 200 for 20 minutes until golden brown.
