Ingredients: Milk, Wheat flour, Sugar, Chicken egg, Fresh yeast, Baking powder, Butter, Vegetable oil, Salt, Cottage cheese, Sour cream, Vanilla sugar, Plum jam

Cooking method:

Pour 150 milliliters of warm milk into a deep bowl, then pour 1 tablespoon of sugar into it and add 10 grams of fresh pressed yeast. We spread the common bowl 1 tablespoon with a hill of wheat flour, then mix all the ingredients well and put the bowl in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. We break 1 chicken egg and separate the protein from the yolk, then add the protein to a bowl with 250 grams of cottage cheese, then put part of the yolk in a bowl with dough and mix well.

Partially sift 250 grams of wheat flour into a bowl with dough, pour 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder into it, 0.10 teaspoon of salt and mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Knead the dough with your hands, then add 20 grams of softened butter to the bowl and knead the dough for another 10 minutes, after then we collect it in a lump and grease it with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then put the bowl with the dough in a warm place for 50 minutes.

To prepare the filling, pour 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar into a bowl with cottage cheese, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream in it and grind all the ingredients with a blender until a homogeneous curd mass is required consistency.

After the lapse of time, spread the distanced dough on a sprinkled with a small amount of wheat flour on the table and knead well, then collect the dough into a ball and cover it with a bowl on top, let it rise 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, roll out the dough to a cake, after which we collect it on a rolling pin and transfer it to parchment.

Using a lid from a pan of a suitable diameter, make a mark in the middle of the cake, then cut the dough into strips 1 centimeter wide from the edge of the mark. We twist the strips inward, then connect and glue two other strips along the edges of the twisted strips, after which we transfer the formed workpiece on a baking sheet and set to part for 15 minutes, after which we prick the center of the workpiece fork.

We spread 2 tablespoons of plum jam in the center of the workpiece and distribute it in an even layer, then spread the curd filling on top with an even layer. Lubricate the edges of the dough with beaten egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of warm milk and put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 175 degrees to bake the cake until fully cooked for 15-17 minutes.
