Trout steak will be the basis of a light dinner. The fish is baked in the oven, retains all the juiciness, as well as useful and nutritious properties.
Ingredients: trout steaks, vegetable oil (olive, sunflower), juice from 1/2 lemon, salt, ground black pepper, large onion, carrot
Cooking method:
Grate the prepared trout steaks on both sides with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Grate carrots on a regular coarse grater or on a grater for Korean carrots. Onion cut into thin half rings. Salt, pepper, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix. This will be the so-called "cushion" for our trout.
Put the trout steaks on top and brush with vegetable oil. Put the baking dish in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
