At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

As I was planning to maintain kalorazh 1300 and not to go down below, I will do a nutritious breakfast.

I'm not afraid of what weight could stagnate until the body is to think about what happens to him fed. I console myself with the thought that my minus 43 kg for the year and the difference in how I looked in May 2018 and now gives me the right to think about the health and does not ruin it.

For breakfast I had sandwiches on whole grain bread (80g) with clotted cream (10g) and salted chum (as much as 100 g).

Green tea and chocolate 75% (15 g).

Compulsory capsule vitamins and omega-3.

Breakfast is turned on 480 kcal.

Speaking of green tea. My favorite jasmine tea I recently ended suddenly (this always happens suddenly... dumaesh..nu more sympathetic eat enough and then the op... and the jar is empty ..)) And I'm safely in our ghetto found a tea shop with a huge selection of teas and decided to try something new, how new, yet what I have tried and I taste I liked. And I bought myself on trial Sencha tea with lemon. Previously, I tried this tea in cafes, I quite liked.

Of course, with his own freshly brewed tea does not compare with what serves us in catering. The taste is much richer, and this is understandable. I am a conservative in the choice of green tea, I went to taste with jasmine green, just green straw seemed brewed, and various supplements I do not really like. So I picked myself one more taste - with lemon grass. Now I will make a variety in the tea party).

I think even buy milk oolong tea - it was too good flavor it!

After breakfast I went on business and left me a total of one and a half hour walking tour.

A return - a snack with green tea and a sandwich on whole grain homemade bread (40g) with a squash caviar (40g) and an orange (140g).

Just went to the snack 190 kcal.

Quickly cooked cheese soup - enough for a few day family (our favorite soup).

In cheese dinner plate soup (about 450 g) with rye loaf - 390 kcal.

After lunch, the work at the computer, sat without a break until the moment when it was necessary to prepare dinner.

A dinner stewed chicken breast with mushrooms and green beans (300 g) - 315 kcal.

After dinner, there was another hour and a half walk, but not on business, and for fun with the family. Enjoy good weather, while the sun shines!

Total for the day the body was 1375 kcal.

That's just normal water again, you can not drink - drank about 2 liters, while standing next to a bottle and a reminder there... but when his head immersed in the work... then forget about the bottle and water) And at all so, I think).

I will not be considered as wasted calories while walking, I do it only at the initial stage of the diet, but then stopped counting, because it immediately wanted to eat something, because the expended calories give this opportunity. The more we spend, the greater the deficit per se.
