Cookies " Heart" with chocolate

Ingredients: softened butter, sugar, chicken egg, wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, white chocolate, dark chocolate

Cooking method:

Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, mix softened butter, sugar and egg until smooth.

Slowly add the flour and cocoa mixture.

Knead the dough first with a spatula, then with your hands. The finished dough is soft, does not crumble and does not stick.

Divide the dough into two parts and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After the time has passed, we take it out of the refrigerator and roll it into a cake about half a centimeter thick.

Cut out with a heart-shaped cookie cutter and carefully transfer to a baking sheet.

We bake at a temperature of 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes, taking into account the characteristics of your oven.

The cookies come out dry and crumbly. With this portion of the test, I got 3 baking sheets.

For decoration we will use two chocolate bars. We break the white chocolate bar into pieces and put it in a water bath. When the chocolate is completely melted, let it cool slightly and dip the top side of the cookies in it. Place in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.

While the cookies are cooling, take a bar of dark chocolate, break it into pieces and put it in a water bath. We continue to decorate the cookies with dark chocolate using a pastry bag. Cookies are ready! Happy creativity!
