Fish cakes for guests as in the Soviet canteen

This recipe comes from the Soviet catering. These burgers were served in the dining room on Thursday, the same "fish day".

Tasty, quick, budget.

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of fish fillets (pollock, cod, etc.)
1 head of onions
egg
2 slices white bread
0.5 hours. l. salt
50 oz. butter
50 ml of vegetable oil
50 ml of milk
0.5 hours. l. black pepper
breadcrumbs

Preparation:

1. Cut onion cubes and fried in oil and butter mixture.

2. Soak bread in milk warm.

3. Mince fillet of fish and bread. Minced salt and season with pepper and beat the egg.

4. Pour into a stuffing leftovers from the milk from the bread, add fried onions, which is a bit cool.

5. Knead well and fight off cutlet mass. You can add a little flour.

6. Form of minced fish oblong patties.

Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs.

7. Fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

8. Put meatballs on a baking sheet and place in oven to warm supply.

Ready burgers are good with pasta or rice for garnish.

Cutlets, cooked in this way turn out very tasty, tender.

These patties are happy to eat, adults and children.
