A truly summer, delicious, light salad of radish and cucumbers. I cook steadily several times a week. Our radishes and cucumbers, enjoy. It seems to me that this is the perfect combination of products, the taste is amazing.

A step-by-step recipe for cucumber and radish salad with a photo:
First, I will dry my radishes with a towel and cut them into thin platinum. I transfer it to a deep bowl, where I will prepare the salad.
I also cut the cucumber into thin slices. I add to the radish.
Finely chop the parsley (can be replaced with dill) and onion feathers. I add to vegetables.
I cut the boiled egg into cubes and also add to the bowl.
I rub the cheese on a medium grater.
I add sour cream, salt to taste. I stir it. Add black pepper if desired.
Salad ready! You can eat it already, but I recommend putting it in the refrigerator for a while, it will be even tastier.
Serve to the table, decorating with arugula leaves. Bon Appetit!
