Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.

Thursday was the way for me - that sad day. Maybe because I am dependent on the weather and want to have the sun and heat, and the spring is not particularly in a hurry to please us. Plus completely buried in work and deed, was not at that time.

A day started with breakfast sandwiches which have a whole grain homemade bread (100 g), squash caviar (450 g) and clotted cream (about 10 g) and chum salted (50 g).

For green tea - chocolate bar (15 g). Vitaminki and capsule - Omega 3 is mandatory for breakfast.

Just happened to breakfast 500 kcal.

Incidentally, the chum salmon is very useful fish and contains a large list of essential body substances and mineral elements.

After breakfast plunged into the work and it is undershot fruits - apple (115 g) and kiwi (130 g) -

115 kcal.

cheese soup cooked yesterday pleased me for lunch today.

Plate cheese soup for dinner (about 430 g) - 365 kcal.

After lunch I had to visit in the management company to get the documents. Mood for the long wait and all related "services"... but the council within 10 minutes! I was struck. It is interesting - it just me or really lucky ...)

Back home again plunged into the work ..

For dinner it was chicken stewed with green beans and mushrooms (300g) and tomato.

Dinner came to 300 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1280 kcal.

Overpower the rate of water today, a reminder and a bottle of water nearby began to work again.
