Ingredients: ready-made puff yeast dough, smoked sausages, yolk for lubrication, sesame seeds for sprinkling

Cooking method:

Defrost the dough a little, roll it out on parchment or a baking mat, so that the width is the length of the sausages. Cut with a curly or regular knife into 6 strips. Bend 2-4-6 strips to the middle, put the sausage and bend the strips back. Now we bend back, to the middle of 1-3-5 strips, put the second sausage, return the strips back, bend 2-4-6 again and put the third sausage.

Repeat the process on the other side. Press down the edges, cut off the excess, roll out the strips from the scraps and decorate the edges of the pie with them. Lubricate with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Together with the parchment on which we rolled out, we drag the cake onto a baking sheet.

Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. When serving, cut the pie into squares. Bon appetit!🌮🥘🍔
