#breakfast Breakfast is the only meal for which a well-known proverb allows us to eat everything ourselves and without a trace.
Ingredients: Eggs, Young zucchini, Sausage, Small tomato, Salt, pepper, Vegetable oil for frying, Greens
Cooking method:
My vegetables. We cut the zucchini into three circles 12-15 mm high. We take a glass, or something else, and cut out the middle of the zucchini. Don't throw out the middle. We cut the sausage obliquely along the entire length. Cut the tomato into thin slices. Cut out two circles with a glass.
Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. We spread two rings of zucchini in a pan, insert tomatoes cut into a glass inside. Gently break the eggs on top. We spread the sausage and cut out the middle of the zucchini. Salt and pepper.
Under a closed lid over medium heat, fry for 3-4 minutes, turn over the middle of the zucchini and sausage. We bring the eggs to readiness (to taste, my yolk was liquid) and remove from heat. Put on a plate, sprinkle with herbs and have breakfast! Bon Appetit!
