To prepare the glaze, you need to mix powdered sugar and lemon juice, and boiled beet juice can be used as a dye. The frosting should not be too thin or too thick. Liquid glaze can be corrected by adding a little icing sugar, and thick - lemon juice.
It is best to cook the glaze in small batches so that it does not harden during the process of icing the cookies. When glazing products, you can use a toothpick to make it easier to glaze the edges.
By changing the amount of beetroot juice, you can achieve different shades of glaze. For a more subtle color, a few drops will suffice.
