Cooking method:
Wash the meat, put the meat in a pot of water and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, cook until half cooked.
Make dough for dumplings. Break the egg into a plate, add turmeric, salt, milk.
Flour, mix everything until smooth.
Add dumplings to the pot with meat and potatoes. Carefully hold a plate of dough over the pan and slowly add it to the pan with a small spoon and let it boil. Add bay leaf.
Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots, fry in butter and add to the pan, sprinkle with herbs and serve 🤍.
