Cooking method:
Peel the banana and cut in half crosswise. Cut two banana slices in half lengthwise. Roast the almonds without oil in a frying pan.
Heat a teaspoon-sized piece of butter in a nonstick skillet. Add banana pieces and sauté slowly until browned. Then turn over and fry on the other side.
Turn over and brush the tops of the banana slices in the pan with honey. Pour onto a preheated plate. Sprinkle with almonds.
