Cooking method:
We put a pot of water on the fire. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Finely chop the cabbage. We rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. Pepper and tomato can be finely chopped, but I grind with a blender, so they give juice.
Put the meat into the boiling broth. Cook over low heat at a constant boil for about 10 minutes. Then spread the potatoes and cabbage, salt.
Pour vegetable oil into a small frying pan, put onions, grated carrots and lightly fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes so that the vegetables reveal their aroma and the color becomes brighter.
A few minutes before the soup is ready, put pepper, tomato, tomato paste and fried vegetables in a saucepan. After turning off the stove, cover with a lid and let it brew for at least 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
