The simplest, most delicious, most delicate biscuit pie with fruit. I shared this recipe for the first time 5 years ago. And not a single bad review! Everyone succeeds! Even those who have never made pies can easily cope with this. And the result is great!
Fruits or berries can be added any according to the season. The taste is always amazing!
Everyone who made this cake is very pleased with the result! Here are just a few reviews and topping ideas (swipe):
HOW TO COOK:
I send eggs and sugar to the mixer bowl. And I start beating.
You need to beat for at least 10 minutes at the maximum speed of the mixer. The mass should increase by 3-4 times!
I add citric acid and vanilla. I shake a little more. And pour into a bowl. I have a small bowl, so I pour. This point, of course, can be skipped if you have a larger bowl.
Add flour and gently fold it into the dough so that there are no lumps left.
Fruit cut into small pieces. Today I took kiwi and peach. But you can take absolutely any fruit and berries!
You can even use frozen ones. But only they must be rolled in starch before adding!
I grease the molds with oil and pour the dough into them. You can take one large form. I have several small ones (diameter 11 cm).
Now fruit.
Everything. I put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
You can make tea)) It's very tasty! This biscuit can also be used for cakes. It always turns out tender and delicious!
