Once upon a time known but forgotten this wonderful plant as amaranth (now perceived as beautiful weed), which rises by itself every summer without asking anybody and delights us with its beautiful red-purple panicles "cat's tail!" Actually, this "sornyachok" far from being a fool! It protects the body against free radicals, slowing the aging process, supplying the organism rejuvenating collagen, strengthens the immune system, normalizes blood pressure, helps to remove the accumulation of dirt from the body.
Made from the leaves of amaranth amaranth tea for a change.
Ingredients:
1. Sheet amaranth (50pcs)
2. Water (liter)
Cooking method
Took young amaranth leaves, rinse, dry, laid out on a cloth or paper, after szhulkali their hands or mince, put in kulechek for a day in a dark place for fermentation. The next day was removed from kulechka and put to dry in the wind tenochek or Electric driers (so quickly). When the leaves are dry (after a couple of days, depending on weather), do not rush them to brew, and set aside for a couple of weeks in the box, so they gain their flavor (tea has a special taste). Better amaranth tea to brew not boiled water, just hot water (less than 60 degrees) and push 3-4 hours in a thermos or insulated cups, then will remain alive and well as all valuable substances contained in it!
