I love potatoes in all their forms, and I always look forward to when new potatoes grow. It is from it that all the most delicious potato dishes are obtained. Today I want to show you how I make meat-flavored potatoes. You only need a few ingredients that are in every home. And I serve it in a "village" sauce ...
I always peel potatoes, even if they are young, and cut them into small pieces. This time I used a curly knife, so the potatoes are corrugated and better hold the spices.
Then everything is quite simple: I add Abkhazian adjika to vegetable oil, I like it the most. I add a little salt and mix well, send the resulting mixture to the potatoes.
It remains to add only the bread crumbs. I never buy them in the store, but I make them myself at home.
Now we send the potatoes to bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
In the meantime, you can quickly prepare the sauce, for this I add grated fresh cucumber, finely chopped green onions, salt and a drop of lemon juice to the sour cream. I mix everything well and send it to the refrigerator until the potatoes are ready.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes 5-6 pcs
- Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. spoons
- Adjika 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs 3-4 tablespoons
- For the sauce: sour cream, fresh cucumber, salt, green onions, lemon juice
