Chicken stewed in beer in the pan

Meat obtained a delicious, soft and gentle with a pleasant aroma of bread, which you always want to supplement. Be sure to stand by and see the result will surprise you.

Ingredients :

Chicken thigh - 6-7 pcs. (900gr)
-3-4sht bulb.
Beer light -500ml.
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper - to taste

Cooking method :

In a bowl put the pieces of chicken, my thigh. Adding incomplete tsp salt, black pepper to taste and mix all. Onion 3-4 pcs we will cut a quarter of rings.

The pan pour vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp We put the hip into the pan and fry until light golden brown. Now fill light beer 250 ml. Fire diminish closing lid and simmer to evaporate the liquid for about 20 minutes.

As the liquid evaporates put the onion, stir and fry until onion is soft. Now pour additional 250 ml of beer and simmer over a low heat, covered until liquid is again evaporated. Once the liquid has evaporated the meat is ready.
