In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

My breakfast consisted of sandwiches Tuesday truth on Darnytskyi bread (50 g) with clotted cream (10 g) and salted fish (40 g).

Breakfast brought me 220 kcal.

Today, even some day for me is not good in terms of products. Bread home, the remaining piece, petrified, green tea, "suddenly" ended... But today I baked bread in the evening, tomorrow will again with homemade whole grain, but a tea shop where I wanted to take a sample of several varieties of tea was closed on the weekend.
