Mushroom gravy for cutlets

Ingredients: champignons, onions, vegetable oil for frying, flour, meat or mushroom broth. You can stock cubes, Salt, pepper, your favorite spices, sour cream

Cooking method:

Onion cut into small cubes. And we send it to fry in vegetable oil, in a pan, on a slow fire. We fry 5 minutes.

Rinse mushrooms, dry with paper towels. Cut into small pieces and send to the onion in the pan. We continue to fry together.

As soon as the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates, add a couple of tablespoons of flour, continue to fry, stirring well. Approximately 5 minutes.

At this stage, add salt and pepper. You can also use your favorite spices. Remove from heat, add sour cream and mix well.

If you have ready-made meat or mushroom broth, it's good. I dissolved the mushroom bouillon cube in 2 cups of hot water. In this case, spices are not needed. Pour in the broth, mix well and bring to a boil.

Put the cutlets into the prepared gravy. Turn them over after a minute. Cover with a lid and turn off the fire. We invite you to the table. Bon appetit 😋
