Ingredients: Fresh beets, Fresh carrots, Fresh cabbage, Green apple, Potato, Parsley as desired, for dressing: mayonnaise or olive oil, salt, pepper
Cooking method:
We cut all the ingredients (vegetables) or three into small strips.
Pour potatoes with cold water and leave for a few minutes. Then drain the water and repeat the procedure until the water becomes clear, about 2-3 times.
Drain in a colander and dry with paper towels.
At the same time, heat up the vegetable oil. Fry dried potatoes until golden brown. You need to watch carefully, as the potatoes fry quickly enough.
We take out the finished potato share with a slotted spoon and put it on a napkin to get rid of excess fat.
All prepared vegetables, in small piles, spread on a plate. We decorate with chopped parsley and put a little mayonnaise in the center of the dish. It usually takes 1 full tablespoon. During fasting, I often replace mayonnaise with vegetable oil. It also turns out very tasty.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that I usually take the amount of ingredients for this salad in such a proportion that when you put it on a dish, the piles, visually, turn out to be the same. Meat lovers, if desired, can add ham, as well as chopped small straws.
Salad, pepper and serve. Stir with two heads.
