Ingredients: Dough, kefir, flour, soda, baking powder, salt, eggs, Stuffing, chicken fillet, bell pepper, hard cheese, broccoli, Salt, Vegetable oil, Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds for decoration

Cooking method:

Dough: Pour kefir (warm) into a bowl and add soda, salt, baking powder. Mix. Add eggs, mix. Add flour, mix well.

Filling: cut chicken and bell pepper into cubes.

Grate cheese. Divide broccoli into small florets.

Pour oil into a frying pan and add chicken. Salt. Fry until done. Add peppers and broccoli to chicken. Simmer covered for 5 minutes.

Assembly: grease a baking dish with oil and pour in the dough (a little less than half). Top with chicken and vegetables and cheese.
