"Jellied chicken"

Admin

Hello everyone! I only cook healthy food! Today I want to share with you a very tasty recipe for "chicken aspic". I decided to cook jelly for the family, and he also wants what to do and remembered that I used to cook aspic with chicken - this is also jelly, but not greasy and, of course, I had to edit it. I had to remove all the seasonings of course, but it turned out very tasty.

" Chicken Jellied"

Ingredients: leg, carrot, onion, salt, water, bay leaf, gelatin

Cooking method:

We take a leg, wash it and put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and put it on a big fire. After boiling, strain the broth and put on a slow fire. While the leg is cooking, we are preparing carrots to decorate the jellied meat.

Carrots, onions clean, wash. Cut the carrots into circles and cut out the flowers, cut the onion in half. Cook the leg for 30 minutes, then add half the onion and carrot flowers. I cook another 20 minutes. and take out the onion, carrot, ham.

We clean the meat from the skin, bones and cut into small pieces. Let the broth cool slightly and add gelatin to it and mix well. We take a carrot flower and put it on the bottom of the dish in which you are going to pour the jelly. We spread the chopped meat on top, pour the broth and send it to the refrigerator to solidify our jelly. Cold is ready! After the jelly has solidified, it is easy to remove fat from above.
