Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

My Sunday breakfast consisted of favorite sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g), which I baked itself (link to recipe at end of article), a squash caviar (40g) fish paste (30g) with clotted cream (10 g). By Jasmine Green Tea - great breakfast - as I like. Capsule vitamins and omega - 3 I do not forget to take the breakfast.

Breakfast came on 340 kcal.

After breakfast we went on business to center and decided to take this opportunity to take a walk. Central Moscow - this is of course that -That unique. Next to the giants "Moscow City" cozy streets coexist with architecture that takes you not so much in the last century, but also a lot of centuries ago. It is a pleasure to walk along the China-town, clean pond and wander on the streets, where small churches coexist with houses noble boyars, to touch history.

In short, even though it was cold and windy, we walked from the heart.

Already returned home for lunch, a snack between breakfast and lunch that day I did not have.

And for lunch I "ala risotto" with chicken and barley (300 g), cucumber (50 g) and pepper (30 g).

Lunch came to 450 kcal.

With tea after dinner I ate a piece of chocolate 75% 20 g - 100 kcal.

After dinner, the evening began seals, watched a movie, had a rest.

Watching the movie was an apple - 50 kcal.

As is now well walked peshochkom, exercises at home I never did, and yesterday probably overtrained so that sore muscles.

And for dinner, I made a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, tuna in its own juice and added to the remains of the carrot in Korean. Nothing ran the slightly salted only, and the juice of carrots and tuna has done his job and getting a good refueling.

Salad about 300g - 240 kcal.

And a few hours before going to bed, I ate a jar soft cheese - 120 kcal.

All in all, the day I got in 1300 kcal.

Water drank almost a norm.
