Ingredients: mirror carp, potatoes, garlic, carrots, sour cream, mustard, lemon, salt and pepper, seasonings for fish, lemon pepper, paprika, vegetable oil for mold lubrication
Cooking method:
Clean the carp and remove the gills and entrails. Make notches on the fish on both sides. Squeeze out the juice of half a lemon.
Cut the carrots into circles, squeeze the garlic through a press. Mix sour cream, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, fish seasoning, paprika, lemon pepper.
Grate potatoes into slices. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, pour the fish with lemon juice. Spread the carrots on the bottom of the mold.
Put the fish on the carrots and grease both sides and inside with a mixture of sour cream. Put carrots and lemon slices inside the fish.
Put lemon slices into the cuts on the back of the fish and put potatoes around the fish. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 1 hour, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 - 30 minutes. Bon Appetit!
