I console myself with the thought that now I look much better than a year ago, when I just started its way to okoloPP). And gradually throw off all that excess remains.

Totally forgot about breakfast bought fish and led to the house, cooked whole eggs.
For breakfast 2 eggs and cooked sandwich on whole home bread (45 g), squash caviar (40g).
Breakfast brought me 340 kcal.

Therefore lunch my consist of chicken pilaf and barley (280 g) and with rye bread baked cream (5 g and was not) and salted fish (25 g) under green tea.
Lunch turned on 500 kcal.
As I told above, with breakfast I was a little mistaken forgetfulness and for dinner I have another egg in the form of eggs, fried in a nonstick frying pan, drop of oil I still added. By scrambled cucumber (about 100 g) and bell pepper (25 g).
Dinner turned on 330 kcal.

About a month ago, I said I wanted to get away from a deficit of 1100-1200 kcal, which I went out and recruit your 1300. And it looks like I was it was getting.
