Add sugar, salt, soda, slaked with vinegar to the cottage cheese. Next, put the eggs and melted butter (it should cool a little).

Stir until smooth and add the sifted flour in parts. Put the finished dough into a mold, greased with oil, and put in the oven. A curd sponge cake is prepared for 35-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

The cooking time depends on your oven. Do not remove the biscuit immediately from the mold. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes - just in time to make tea))

Biscuit can be sprinkled on top with nuts, powdered sugar, or cut into cakes and smeared with any cream.
