The recipe is perfect if there is yesterday's loaf. Well, it turns out very tasty garlic bread! So fragrant, hot, delicious! Even with borscht, even just eat it - it always turns out delicious. And most importantly, it's simple, fast and inexpensive - everything I like))) Catch the recipe!

Cooking:

We need one banana. Cut it into pieces about 1-1.5 cm wide, but not completely. At the very bottom, the loaf should remain uncut.

Grate cheese, add chopped garlic, herbs, as well as mayonnaise or sour cream. We mix. You can optionally add spices instead of herbs. For example, Italian herbs, oregano, a little pesto, even finely chopped ham or mushrooms - in general, you can experiment here.

Now we stuff the loaf with the resulting cheese and garlic filling. We wrap the loaf in foil and send it to the oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the loaf and your oven). Preheat the oven in advance to 180 degrees.

Then open the foil and bake for another 3-5 minutes. Delicious, fragrant, hot garlic bread is ready.

You need to eat it right away: a loaf with garlic and cheese is best served hot.
