Hot roll with tongue

Ingredients: Boiled tongue, Tomato 🍅, Cucumber 🥒, Pickled cucumber, Onion 🧅, Lemon 🍋, Lavash 🫓, Butter, Sunflower oil, Sugar, Vinegar 9%, Salt, Cheese 🧀, Garlic 🧄, Adjika, Mayonnaise, Pepper 🌶 jalapeno

Cooking method:

Previously boiled tongue 👅 cut into strips.

Onion, clean, cut into half rings and scalded with boiling water. We put it in a container where it will marinate. Add a tablespoon of sugar, the juice of a quarter of a lemon, a tablespoon of vinegar, a tablespoon of water, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Leave to marinate covered for 10-15 minutes.

Slightly adding salt, fry the tongue in a mixture of butter and sunflower oils.

Dice cucumbers and tomatoes.

We're preparing the sauce. Three cloves of garlic 🧄 squeeze through the press. Add three tablespoons 🥄 of mayonnaise and a quarter of a spoon of adjika.

Three cheese on a coarse grater 🧀.

Spread the sauce on pita bread 🫓.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Put the tongue in half 👅.

On the tongue 👅 put cucumber and tomato 🍅.

Put the pickled onion on top.🧅

On top - pepper 🌶.

Roll into a tube and grill.
