Cottage cheese and cheese bagels with garlic butter

Ingredients: Fat-free cottage cheese, Maasdam cheese, Greens (dill), Flour, Soda, Salt, Egg, Yolk, Sesame, Butter, Garlic, Oregano

Cooking method:

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the dill. Add cottage cheese, flour, 2 eggs, salt, soda and herbs to the cheese, mix everything well until smooth.

From this amount of mass, I got 6 buns. Form 6 balls, flatten them, make a hole in them. Lay out on parchment. It is better to moisten your hands with water or grease with olive and vegetable oil. So the mass sticks to the hands less.

Lubricate with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and your favorite spices. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-190 degrees. It all depends on the oven. When ready, let rest for 10 minutes on a wire rack.

Mix the butter with chopped garlic and grease the still warm buns. Let soak for another 5-10 minutes. And you can serve it to the table.
