Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Today for breakfast I have two boiled eggs and whole wheat bread (25 g) with soft cheese (about 15 g) and avocado (20 g). Indispensable Jasmine Green Tea, Vitaminki capsule and omega-3 given charge on all day.

Breakfast came on 325 kcal.

Boring work on the computer after breakfast sucked me up snack, which is usually 11 hours.
