Baked champignons and vegetables π₯¦π₯ππ§ πΆπ₯π§ You can take any vegetables. All that is available. Cabbage, eggplant, zucchini, cauliflower, kohlrabi, etc. The quantity is up to you. β Sauce can be served with vegetables: Yoghurt + herbs + garlic β Or sprinkle ready-made vegetables with crumbled cheese or feta and herbs
Ingredients: champignons, sour cream, soy sauce, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, beets, broccoli, green beans, paprika, ground black pepper, Provence herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt
Cooking method:
Mix sour cream, soy sauce, 1 tsp dry garlic. Salt, pepper a little. Leave small and medium champignons whole, and cut large ones into quarters. Marinate in sauce for ~30 minutes.
Potatoes can be cut into thin slices or, like me, cut into large slices and boil for 5-7 minutes, sprinkle with paprika. Boil the string beans too.
Cut the rest of the vegetables into large strips or slices.
Drizzle all vegetables with olive oil, salt and sprinkle with Provence herbs. Can be mixed.
Put mushrooms and vegetables on parchment paper and bake at 180Β° for ~ 45 minutes. Bon Appetit! β€
