We love to order all sorts of sweets and, inspired by one of the ordered dishes, I decided to cook something similar myself. Plus, I'm on a diet, counting calories, I want to eat deliciously and without consequences 😉.
Ingredients: King prawns, Tofu cheese, Funchoza (dry), Peking cabbage, Bulgarian red pepper, Cucumber, Sesame seeds, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Teriyaki for frying
Cooking method:
Put the funchoza in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain the water, rinse with cold water, drain all the water. So it will be crumbly.
Fry the shrimps (boiled) in olive oil with a whole clove of garlic for a couple of minutes, add to the noodles.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Pour the tofu a little with soy sauce, while we chop the vegetables and cook everything. Fry in oil after shrimp for a minute, let the clove of garlic be there.
Add bell pepper, cabbage, cucumber to tofu.
Fry literally for a minute over high heat, add oyster sauce, teriyaki, soy sauce in the process.
We mix everything.
