🖐Today I will share a recipe that was invented by me, as they say, "on the go," from those products that were at home, so as not to go to the store again. These are meatballs, it turned out very tasty, satisfying, and most importantly - juicy! 😋 The family was pleased. Now I am sharing the recipe.
The first thing to do is to boil some cabbage. I cook it without adding salt, about 10-15 minutes. Further, after it cools a little, I grind it with a blender along with onions and two cloves of garlic.
I send chopped cabbage with onions to the minced chicken.
Be sure to add at least one tablespoon of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. I mix everything well.
The last ingredient is cheese, grated on a fine grater.
I mix the resulting mass well and with wet hands I form the pieces of the required size, spread on baking paper.
I send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, sprinkle a little cheese 15 minutes before cooking and send it back to bake.
It turns out very tasty meatballs, and the cabbage is not felt at all, but thanks to it, they turn out to be so juicy, be sure to try cooking.
Ingredients:
minced chicken - 600 grams
cabbage - a quarter of a small head of cabbage
onion - 1 piece
garlic - 2-3 cloves
sour cream 1-2 tablespoons
cheese - 100 grams
