At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
That occurred Wednesday.
Previously, she worked outside the home, we cheered ourselves such a saying: "Wednesday came - a week has passed." Wednesday a day when we can say that halfway through the work week and already so close to the weekend. Even now I sometimes count the days until the weekend, although often I have to work on weekends.

And something you are not active I became very, do not share their successes, no telling what faced in the process of losing weight... Let's wake up !!!) Spring has come, the activity should increase).
And I go to the menu for the day.
Breakfast for me today - sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with avocado (25g) and low-fat cheese (30g), and a little bit of liver loaf (50 g).
Green tea with jasmine - a great addition to sandwiches. Do not forget to take vitamins and omega-3 capsule.
Breakfast turned out at me 390 kcal.
Today we walked the rain and the weather was not very favorable for walks. Well, that all his affairs, I can solve online (thanks to the Internet).
As you know in the rain only remains that the work on the computer, and occasionally dream about warm sunny Springtime.
I was dreaming that in the May holidays, we not only open the barbecue season (as I'm waiting for kebabs of indeyki..i baked rybku..mmm), but take a walk and congresses, such as the ENEA (interestingly, there finished the repair and whether already in the best of his work fountains? He knows who?)
Judging by last spring, at ENEA Dolno be well, blossom tulips, and restored pavilion impresses with its diversity and beauty.
So in dreams, and the time has passed)
Wanted fruit snack pear (160 g), apple (110 g) and kiwi (80g). In total, snack 160 kcal.
Today I cooked chicken breast on a pickle. I have not had in the soup diet.
For dinner bowl of soup (450 g) and rye bread - 225 kcal.
Very much like in the afternoon to recharge the brain and I ate 15 grams of chocolate 75% and drank green tea - 80 kcal. From this point on, all over again, and it can be adjusted to work in peace).
Dinner my consisted of hepatic rolls (110 g), buckwheat (130 g as a finished product) and tomato (70 g). Total dinner turned 310 kcal.
The day my body was 1165 kcal. Water rate is almost drained.
Today I took some night time for exercise at home. Apparently you must often be reminded of the fact that I still do them, judging by the questions I was asked).
By the way, I want to remind all those who lose weight on counting calories, about what calories need to be recalculated!
Do not forget about it) your weight decreases, respectively, decreases the amount of calories that your body needs, and of course the deficit must also be recalculated on the new calories.
