Cannelloni with bechamel sauce

Ingredients: cannelloni, butter, flour, Parmesan, cream 10% + 300 ml milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, tomato paste, homemade minced meat, large onions, garlic

Cooking method:

Peel 2 onions, cut into cubes and fry, add grated garlic at the end of frying. Add all the mince to this.

Add tomato paste or tomatoes (without skin) to minced meat, fry for 20 minutes.

While the meat is cooling, make the bechamel sauce. Melt the butter, add flour to it and mix well.

Now add cream and milk. Cream of any fat content. Mix well so that there are no lumps. If thick, then dilute with milk, I did just that.

Pour some sauce into the bottom of the pan. From above we lay our sticks stuffed with minced meat.

Top with the remaining sauce and three parmesan (any hard cheese).

We send it to the oven 190 ° for 30 minutes.
