Delicious homemade cookies with condensed milk will be a great addition to tea. It turns out very beautiful and incredibly tender. Two halves of crumbly biscuits with a layer of caramel condensed milk and a light coconut note - this pastry is impossible to tear yourself away from! Such cookies can be prepared both for every day and to treat guests.
Preparing this homemade cookie with condensed milk is not difficult and everyone can handle cooking, but it turns out quite a lot of it. This recipe contains quite a lot of starch. It is thanks to this component that the cookies are unusually tender and crumbly.

Ingredients:
- boiled condensed milk - 500 g
- corn starch - 300 g
- flour - 200 g
- butter - 180 g
- sugar - 180 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- coconut flakes - 50 g
- baking powder for dough - 2 tsp. l.
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Step by step recipe
1. Let's prepare the dough first.
Put 180 g of soft butter in a bowl. Pour 180 g of sugar into it in two approaches. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth. Here we add 10 g of vanilla sugar. Beat butter and sugar for about two minutes.
2. Break 3 eggs into this mixture one by one. After each beat with a mixer until smooth.
3. Sift 200 g of flour into the dough and pour 2 tsp. baking powder. Mix everything with a spatula.
4. Here, in 2-3 approaches, sift 300 g of corn starch and mix again until smooth. The dough should be soft, smooth and hold its shape well.
5. We transfer the finished dough to cling film. Wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool and rest.
6. We take out the finished dough from the film and roll it into a layer. Sprinkle the top and bottom of the dough with a little flour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Cut out small circles from the dough. The diameter of my mold is 4.5 cm. We crush the rest of the dough and roll it out again.
Transfer the slices to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The dough expands during baking, so the circles need to be laid out at a distance from each other.
7. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes.
8. We shift the boiled condensed milk into a tight pastry bag. We take cookies and put condensed milk on it.
9. We press the second cookie. Dip the rim of condensed milk in coconut flakes. This is how we make all cookies. For this amount of cookies, I needed 500 g of boiled condensed milk.
