Hello everyone!!! Today for the first time we cooked gravy with chicken fillet and it turned out very tasty! Tomorrow I will also post a video with the preparation of gravy. For a side dish, you can boil whatever you want, I showed you 2 types - these are mashed potatoes and pasta.

" Chicken fillet gravy and puree"

Ingredients: Gravy with chicken fillet, Chicken fillet, Onion, Bulgarian pepper (we have frozen), dill, Salt, water, Bay leaf, Mashed potatoes, potatoes, salt, Butter

Cooking method:

Gravy from chicken fillet: My chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Then put the meat in a slow cooker, salt and pour out the water. We put the program "extinguishing", time 30 minutes.

While our meat is stewing, we prepare vegetables and herbs. We clean and wash the onion and bell pepper. We cut the onion into half rings, the bell pepper into strips, we cut the greens finely.

We stew the meat for 10 minutes, after that we add: bell pepper, onion, herbs, bay leaf and mix everything well. Simmer another 20 min. and that's it, the gravy is ready!

Preparation of mashed potatoes: We clean the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small pieces so that they cook faster. We put the potatoes in a saucepan, salt and fill with water, put on a large fire, after boiling, remove the foam and turn off the gas. We cook the potatoes for about 30 minutes, its readiness is easy to check, pierce it with a fork, if it is soft and breaks, then the potatoes are ready.

After it is ready, we drain some of the water and add butter. I beat with a mixer, it’s convenient for someone, someone may be used to a pusher, why with a mixer, because after whipping it, the puree turns out like a foam, without lumps. Bon Appetit!!!
