For me personally, funchose and specifically this recipe for its preparation with fried chicken and vegetables have become a real discovery! This is a great pan-Asian dish that takes no time to prepare and always produces great results! In the recipe, I cooked funchose on a Siberian saj over an open fire, but you can easily repeat the preparation of this dish in your kitchen in a regular frying pan. Bon Appetit!

Funchoza with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients: Funchoza, Chicken thigh pulp, Onion, Bulgarian pepper, Cucumbers, Soy sauce, Garlic, Vegetable oil, Freshly ground pepper

Cooking method:

Video recipe:

Cut the chicken into oblong strips. For this recipe, I like to use the thigh meat the most because after frying this part of the chicken remains more juicy. Transfer the chicken to a deep bowl. Add about 5 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Mix everything together and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Randomly chop the garlic. Especially carefully you can not cut it, it does not make any sense, a little further you will understand why. Cut the head of onion into quarter rings. Remove seeds from bell peppers and cut into strips. Also, cut into strips two cucumbers.

In addition to vegetables, put funchose in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over it so that the water completely covers the noodles.

We heat the saj over high heat by adding a sufficient amount of vegetable oil to it. Fry the garlic in hot oil for a couple of minutes so that it gives off its aroma. Then we extract it from the saj. Next, fry the onion in garlic oil for a few minutes. As it begins to turn golden, add the marinated chicken and fry it for 10 minutes. Bulgarian peppers are sent next for saj. And also immediately add freshly ground pepper. Mix everything together and fry for 5 minutes.

At the very end of cooking, funchose is sent to the saj. Add some soy sauce to it. Also fresh cucumbers. Stir the contents of the saj again and serve. Bon Appetit!
