Ingredients: peach (4 canned halves), cookies, a jar of peach curd, peach yogurt, dry cream for whipping (or 200 ml. cream 33%), sugar, vanilla sugar, instant gelatin, hot water for gelatin
Cooking method:
Peaches cut into small cubes, cookies break into small pieces. Dissolve gelatin thoroughly in hot boiled water (but not boiling water!). Whip the cream as indicated on the package, adding 150 ml. milk.
In a bowl, combine yogurt, cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar, beat everything well, carefully mix with cream, pour in a thin stream while stirring cooled gelatin (make sure that the products and gelatin are at the same temperature, if you pour hot gelatin into a cold mass, it will curl up in lumps).
Then add peaches and cookies to the mass, mix gently and arrange in vases. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours. Very tasty, airy and delicate dessert.
