Ingredients: eggs;, granulated sugar;, sour cream or kefir;, rice flour;, soda;, salt;, cocoa powder
Cooking method:
Beat eggs and sugar substitute with a whisk until foamy. Add salt, sour cream or kefir. Beat again. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add baking soda. Stir to pay off the soda. Set aside 2 tsp separately on a saucer. cocoa powder and rice flour (from the total volume of flour). Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
We divide the dough into 2 parts. In one add 2 tsp. cocoa powder. In another 2 tsp. rice flour. Mix well in both bowls.
Next, take an oiled form and alternately put the dough in the middle of the form, one tablespoon at a time. We bake in the oven 180 degrees. 25-30 minutes. We take the cake out of the oven... cool and try. It turns out very soft and porous. Topped with coconut flakes.
