With pasta, you can cook not only the usual pasta with sauces, but also warm salads with vegetables and aromatic herbs. Try it and you will definitely like it.
Ingredients: Fusilli (coiled) pasta, small squid, medium carrot, medium squash, parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano (dried), salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking method:
Peeled carrots and zucchini cut into thin strips. Peel the squid from the skin and entrails, also cut into strips. Crush the garlic with a knife and peel, finely chop the parsley leaves.
Boil water in a saucepan, put the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, then add the zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes. Drain the vegetables in a colander, drain off the water and drizzle with lemon juice. In another saucepan, boil pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain in a colander.
Meanwhile, while the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic clove until fragrant, 30 seconds. Remove the garlic from the pan, add the squid strips and fry for 3 minutes, then add the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes, salt and pepper.
Add boiled spirals, mix and heat the pasta in a pan for 1 minute. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and oregano and serve warm. Bon Appetit!
