The recipe is simple and will not take much time, a maximum of 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients: cottage cheese (pack 180 - 200 gr):, egg, salt, Sugar (sugar substitute), Vanilla flavor, Candied fruits, dried fruits, nuts, etc. as desired, rice flour + dust (can be replaced with corn starch or wheat flour). The amount of flour depends on the moisture content of your curd.
Cooking method:
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork with a pinch of salt. Add egg, sahzam (sugar), vanilla, mix well. At the end, rice flour 2-3 tbsp with a small slide into the curd mass (the amount depends on the moisture content of the curd), and the rest for molding cheesecakes.
Lightly dust the work surface with flour, put the curd mass on the table with a tablespoon, lightly roll in flour and use a knife to shape the cheesecake.
Fry in a hot pan, lightly greased with rast. oil.
