Creamy creamy pumpkin soup with a velvety texture and rich aroma of spices. This is a hearty, thick soup with a very original and unusual taste. But today I decided not only to feed my loved ones well, but also to surprise! Using instead of a simple plate for soup - bread! We will prepare a delicious pumpkin puree soup and serve it in a round loaf of bread. Also, this soup can be served in a regular soup bowl, but then it is best with crackers. #first courses #soups
Ingredients: Pumpkin, Onion, Carrot, Water, Cream 10%, Garlic, Shrimps, Spices (salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, curry)
Cooking method:
Coarsely chopped onions and carrots are fried in olive oil until golden.
We clean the pumpkin. cut into cubes about 2 by 2 cm in size, put in a saucepan, fill with water and put on medium heat until boiling. Immediately after this, add the fried vegetables and spices to the soup.
Bring the soup to a boil. When it boils - reduce the heat and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the pumpkin is soft. Then grind the soup in a blender until smooth.
Pour the cream into the soup puree, mix and cover with a lid - let it infuse. In the meantime, fry the chopped garlic until golden brown.
Add the shrimp, peeled from the shells, to the garlic, fry over medium heat until the shrimp are cooked.
Carefully cut off the top from the finished buns and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. The plate is ready! We fill the bun with thick soup, put some shrimp and garlic in each, decorate with herbs, cover with a lid and serve!
Bon Appetit...
