I share with you a great idea for dinner. It is not only fast, tasty, but also very convenient. Fragrant, juicy meatballs are baked together with a side dish of potatoes soaked in meat juices. For such a hearty dinner, it took me literally 10 minutes, as I used frozen meatballs that I had made earlier, the oven did the rest for me.

Baked meatballs with potatoes

Ingredients: Meatballs, Potatoes, Onions, Garlic arrows, Green peas, Frozen tomatoes and sweet peppers, Salt and spices

Cooking method:

At the bottom of the baking dish I send the onion sliced โ€‹โ€‹\u200b\u200bin half rings.

I put meatballs and slices of peeled potatoes.

I add frozen garlic arrows and green peas.

On top of meatballs and potatoes, I lay out summer preparations from tomatoes and sweet peppers.

Salt and add spices to taste. I do not add water, because I use frozen vegetables and meatballs.

I cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 1 hour (be guided by your oven, check for readiness of meatballs and potatoes.

Appetizing, nutritious and healthy dish is ready.
