Flavored beef stew with vegetables

A very rare guest at our house is beef. Firstly, not everyone can eat red meat; in some cases, red meat must be limited.

And secondly, beef cannot be classified as budget meat.

But sometimes there is a desire to eat beef.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a beef stew with vegetables. A very tasty, juicy dish turns out, and the meat is soft, it just melts in your mouth.

✅Ingredients We Will Need:

  • beef pulp - 800 g,
  • bell pepper (ideally bell pepper) - 300 g,
  • small carrots - 90 g,
  • small onion - 100 g,
  • tomatoes in their own juice, jar - 450 g,
  • garlic - 5-6 cloves - 20 g,
  • beef broth - 450 ml,
  • lavrushka, allspice, black pepper, salt, a pinch of ginger and cinnamon, red hot pepper.

✅Cooking.

The first thing to do is to boil the beef.

In advance, even a day earlier, boil the beef and leave it in the broth.

When cooking, add salt, lavrushka and allspice to the water.

Cook for about one and a half to two hours until the meat can be disassembled into fibers. Save the broth.

Finely chop the onion and three carrots, simmer and fry the vegetables in a saucepan in a small amount of broth in which the beef was cooked.

When the carrots and onions are half cooked, add finely chopped peppers, finely chopped garlic and tomatoes in their own juice along with the juice to them. Tribute tomatoes with a spoon and break into pieces.

Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the beef broth and boiled beef, disassembled into fibers.

Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve with any side dish!
